Hamza Kacha is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to public service and addressing pressing societal challenges. He currently holds the position of Manager for the Dutch Caribbean at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. He has a background in various roles within the Dutch Government and brings a wealth of experience in policy development and implementation. In his current role, he works with fervor to improve the future of the islands within the Kingdom and enhance their economic viability. It's a mission that is not only necessary but also has a clear objective: to increase the well-being and resilience of these islands.

 He is a proud Amsterdammer with Moroccan roots and draws inspiration from the rich cultural diversity and innovative spirit of the dynamic city. His passion lies in tackling the critical issues facing our society, such as sustainable energy, climate change, and sustainable development.
